Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club head coach, Aboubakar Ouattara, condemned the performance of his team after a 2-0 loss to Aduana FC in the Ghana Premier League.
In a post-game interview, Ouattara summed up his verdict regarding the game by stating, “we didn’t play football today” in the outstanding game played at Dormaa.
The loss drops Hearts to seventh place in the 18-team league standings while Aduana move to 11th place after the win. Hearts have a win, four losses and two draws in their last seven league games.
“Aduana played well, we didn’t play football today. We gave them all the chances to score us. We played very badly, we accept it; today we were not good, we were not good at all, we didn’t play well” Ouattara said.
Sam Adams and Latif Bamba scored in the 31st and 88th minute, respectively, to win the contest for Aduana. Hearts take on Karela United next on Sunday, April 20.
