The Anti-Corruption Preparatory Team, established by President-elect John Dramani Mahama, has unveiled new interactive platforms aimed at tackling corruption.
The initiative was announced in a press statement issued on Wednesday, December 20, 2024, by the Mahama Transition Team, led by spokesperson Felix Kwakye Ofosu.
As part of the drive, members of the public can securely report suspected acts of corruption through multiple channels.
The team has introduced a toll-free number, 0800 900 111, alongside a dedicated website, www.oralgh.org, and an email address, public@oralgh.org. These measures are designed to encourage transparency and foster public engagement in the fight against corruption.
The statement assured the public that any information shared would be treated with utmost discretion and handled expeditiously to ensure swift action. The platforms are part of broader efforts to strengthen governance and promote accountability in the incoming administration.
This initiative is part of President-elect Mahama’s commitment to fighting corruption, which has been a critical focus during his political career. It also comes amid heightened expectations for his administration to deliver on promises of integrity and good governance.
The Transition Team has called on citizens to actively participate in this endeavour by providing credible information to help ensure justice and fairness across all sectors.
