During the opening night of her five-night run for “The Celebration Tour” in Los Angeles, Madonna revealed details about her severe health emergency last summer. Addressing the audience, she recounted her experience with a bacterial infection that left her in the ICU.

Madonna expressed gratitude to her medical team, including Dr. David Agus, who was present at the event. She described the ordeal as a “near-death experience,” revealing that she was in an induced coma for four days and woke up feeling out of control.

Despite her history of injuries and health issues, Madonna asserted her resilience, emphasizing that nothing can stop her. She thanked Dr. Agus for his support during her recovery, recounting their conversations about regaining energy and the importance of vitamin D.

Acknowledging the difficulty of relinquishing control, Madonna expressed appreciation for those who cared for her and supported her throughout the ordeal, particularly her children.

Madonna’s candid revelations shed light on the challenges she faced and the support system that helped her pull through.
