Serbian football powerhouse Red Star Belgrade has declined offers from Major League Soccer (MLS) clubs, including LA Galaxy and Chicago Fire, for Ghanaian international winger Osman Bukari.
Despite bids of 10 million Euros submitted by both MLS outfits, Red Star Belgrade has opted not to sell their star player at this time.
The decision was made after discussions between the clubs, with Red Star Belgrade indicating they would only consider a transfer for Bukari if they secure a suitable replacement for the Black Stars forward.
Bukari, who joined Red Star Belgrade in the summer of 2022, has become a key figure in the squad, showcasing impressive performances both domestically and in the UEFA Champions League. With nine goal contributions in 16 league games and two goals plus two assists in six Champions League matches, the 25-year-old has attracted attention from clubs around the world.
Currently, Bukari’s contract with Red Star Belgrade runs until 2026, indicating the club’s commitment to retaining their talented winger.
